Weather is the first follow-up single to Ginger Root's Summer 2018 release, Mahjong Room. After spending most of the last year on the road with the likes of Khruangbin, Durand Jones and The Indications, The Marias, and many more Ginger Root has stepped forward musically from previous releases. Weather draws inspiration from the Japanese Boogie scene and the disco scene of America in the mid-70's while still encapsulating the signature Bedroom Pop sound of Ginger Root.
